1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ConnectX Copy platform ("Service"), operated by ConnectX System Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Mauritius, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

ConnectX Copy provides a trade copying platform that allows users to replicate trades between MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading accounts. The Service includes trade copying, equity protection, analytics, and account monitoring features. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or broker services.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, and refund policies are detailed in our Billing Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Trading Risks

Trading in financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results. ConnectX Copy does not guarantee any trading outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred. Please read our full Disclaimer for more information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, designs, and materials on the ConnectX Copy platform are the intellectual property of ConnectX System Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectX System Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
