Billing Policy

1. Plans & Pricing

ConnectX Copy operates on a per-connection pricing model. Each connection (trading account linked to the platform) is billed at $10 USD per month or $8 USD per month when billed yearly (20% discount). All features are included with every connection — there are no tiered restrictions. Supported platforms include MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade, and TradeLocker. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No payment information is required to start a trial. You can connect accounts, set up copiers, and use all analytics and equity protection features during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended and active copiers will be paused.

3. Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency payments. Supported cryptocurrencies include but are not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and other major digital currencies. All payments are processed in USD equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

4. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews automatically. You will receive a notification before each renewal. If you add or remove connections mid-cycle, the charges are prorated for the remaining days in your current billing period. The full connection price applies from the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Service outages exceeding 48 continuous hours
• Billing errors caused by our system
• Duplicate charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting our support team.

6. Grace Period

If your subscription payment fails or is not completed on time, your account enters a 3-day grace period. During this period, your copiers will continue to operate normally. After the grace period expires without successful payment, your account will be suspended and all active copiers will be paused. Your account data, settings, and copier configurations are preserved and will be restored upon successful payment.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the billing period
• Active copiers will be paused at the end of the billing period
• Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time within the retention period

Execution speed and trade copying accuracy may vary depending on broker server response times, network latency, and the trading platform used. ConnectX Copy is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of the platform.
