Billing Policy

1. Plans & Pricing

ConnectX Copy offers a Pro Plan at $20 USD per month, which includes 5 copier connections. Additional connections are available at $3 USD per month each. All features are included in the Pro Plan with no tiered restrictions. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features and 5 copier connections. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to the Pro Plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended and active copiers will be paused.

3. Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency payments processed through OxaPay. Supported cryptocurrencies include but are not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and other major digital currencies. All payments are processed in USD equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews automatically every 30 days. You will receive a notification before each renewal. Connection additions or removals are prorated within the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and the digital service provided, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as service outages exceeding 48 hours or billing errors on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

6. Grace Period

If your subscription payment fails or is not completed on time, your account enters a 3-day grace period. During this period, your copiers will continue to operate normally. After the grace period expires without successful payment, your account will be suspended and all active copiers will be paused. Your account data and settings are preserved and will be restored upon successful payment.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time
  • Active copiers will be paused at the end of the billing period
  • Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
